Workshops and Facilitated Conversations
Live work that supports clearer thinking, shared understanding, and grounded decision making in group settings.
This work is offered in two distinct ways: workshops for individuals and facilitated conversations for teams.
Both are designed to slow things down, surface what matters, and support clearer choices in moments that feel complex or charged.
The difference is not the depth of the work, but the context in which it is applied.

Workshops
Workshops are structured trainings offered to individuals in a group setting.
Participants may share a common interest, question, or area of focus, even if they do not work together. Each workshop introduces a specific topic and includes facilitated conversation to help participants think through how the material applies to their own lives or work.
Workshops are offered:
Live via Zoom
In person (location based)
These sessions are designed to be accessible, contained, and practical rather than open-ended or process-heavy.
Upcoming workshops will be listed below as they are scheduled.

Facilitated Conversations for Teams
Facilitated conversations are available for teams, groups, or organizations who already work together and need support navigating real situations.
This work is customized and may be used when teams are:
Facing a decision that feels stuck or loaded
Experiencing communication strain or misalignment
Clarifying roles, expectations, or responsibilities
Navigating growth, change, or internal tension
Facilitated conversations are not trainings and are not one-size-fits-all. They are designed collaboratively based on the team’s context, goals, and needs.
This service is offered for teams and organizations only and is not available as one-to-one work.
When Leadership Feels Heavier Than It Should - A Masterclass on Boundaries, Communication, and Role Integrity
When Leadership Feels Heavier Than It Should - A Masterclass on Boundaries, Communication, and Role Integrity.
Have you thought to yourself: “Why does that one conversation drain me so much? Why am I explaining the same expectation again? Why does holding a boundary feel harder than it should?”
I’ve been there. Leadership strain rarely feels like a “policy problem.” It feels like tension in conversations, in decisions, in the space between being warm and being firm. In this 4-hour, in-person masterclass, we’ll slow down enough to identify where leadership has drifted toward personality-based decision-making and where structure can reduce unnecessary weight. You’ll leave with: • At least one boundary clarified • At least one communication shift identified • At least one structural adjustment you can apply immediately If leadership feels heavier than it should, this session will help you get clear on why, and what to do next.
When Trying Harder Isn’t Working - A free virtual workshop
There’s a point where “just keep going” stops helping.
This live virtual session is a structured space to slow down and reflect when effort starts to feel heavier than it should. Through guided prompts and small-group connection, you’ll explore where pressure may be building and what shifts when you stop assuming more effort is the answer.
This is not advice, therapy, or coaching. It’s a facilitated reflection experience designed to create clarity.
Live only. No replay.
First Thursday | 12 PM ET
Limited seats to keep it conversational.
Why Responsibility Starts to Feel Heavier Than It Should
Why does responsibility sometimes feel heavier than the situation actually requires?
This workshop explores the hidden emotional load behind responsibility — especially for people who default to managing, fixing, or carrying more than their share. Learn how to recognize over-responsibility, reduce internal pressure, and make decisions from clarity instead of obligation. Practical, grounded, immediately usable.
When Trying Harder Isn’t Working - The Masterclass
When effort starts to feel heavy instead of helpful, it’s usually a sign that something needs to be read, not pushed through. Many capable, committed people reach this point and assume the answer is more discipline or resolve.
This half-day in-person masterclass offers space to slow down, reduce pressure, and notice what’s actually happening beneath the effort. Not to give up on what matters, but to change the conditions so movement becomes possible again without forcing.
If you’re still willing, but tired of how hard it feels to stay that way, this experience was designed for you.

Before You Say Anything - A Virtual Workshop
Before You Say Anything.
That moment right before you respond?
That’s where regret or clarity gets decided.
Most of us move fast when pressure builds. Relief comes quickly. Regret sometimes follows.
This 90-minute live workshop is about expanding the space between activation and response.
Live only. No replay.
