Heavy, tired, scattered, overwhelmed, and tense seem to be the most common feelings underneath the “fine” that you tell everyone who asks “how are you?”
This free 60-minute virtual session is a quiet interruption to that cycle.
This isn’t a motivational talk, a productivity lesson, or a space for advice.
It’s a structured reflection experience designed to slow the pace long enough for you to notice what’s actually happening beneath the pressure to keep pushing.
Together, we’ll explore where effort in your life feels disproportionate to the outcome. You’ll have guided time to reflect individually, followed by small group connection with people who feel just like you do. And the best part? We’re not here to fix, advise, or analyze each other.
The goal isn’t answers. It’s clarity.
Clarity about what you’re carrying.
Clarity about where you may be moving too fast.
Clarity about what might change if more effort wasn’t the solution.
