Before You Say Anything - A Virtual Workshop

Before You Say Anything - - A 90 min Virtual Workshop on Slowing Down When Life Feels Urgent

There’s a moment right before you respond.

Right before you agree, or defend, or explain, or decide.

Sometimes that moment feels clear, but often times that moment feels urgent.

And urgency can be persuasive. It can feel responsible. Mature. Productive. Like you’re handling something.

But urgency isn’t the same thing as clarity.

Most of us move quickly in those moments. We respond to relieve tension. We say yes to settle the room. We make decisions quickly, so it’s no longer hanging over us.

Relief comes fast.
And regret sometimes follows.

This live, 90-minute workshop is about expanding the space between activation and response.

We’ll explore what happens internally when pressure builds, why urgency narrows options, and what becomes possible when you don’t treat activation as instruction.

This isn’t about avoiding decisions or becoming passive. It’s about giving uncertainty enough space and time to reveal something that we won’t regret later.

You’ll leave with language you can use, awareness you can trust, and a situation where you can experiment with responding differently.

This workshop stands on its own, and it’s also part of a broader structure I teach in my in-person masterclasses — a framework for reducing unnecessary strain in both personal and professional life.

This is a live, participatory session. It will not be recorded, and replay will not be available.

Limited to 12 participants.
