When Trying Harder Isn’t Working - The Masterclass

There’s a point most people reach where the advice to “just keep going” stops helping.

You’re doing the practices. You’re reflecting.
You’re praying, journaling, thinking, adjusting.

And still, familiar patterns return. Pressure builds.
The effort starts to feel heavier.

When that happens, it’s common to assume the answer is more commitment or discipline. That if you could just apply more effort, things would realign and start moving again.

But effort alone doesn’t explain what’s happening.

When movement begins to feel heavy, it’s often because the conditions around that movement have changed. Adding more pressure in those moments doesn’t usually create clarity, it creates strain.

This half-day, in-person masterclass is designed to interrupt that cycle.

Not by telling you what to do, but by changing the conditions that shape how you relate to what’s happening.

Over the course of a spacious morning, I’ll introduce a grounded way of thinking about change that helps you notice how pressure, resistance, and responsibility interact. We’ll slow the pace enough to observe what’s actually present, without rushing to fix, optimize, or override it.

Through teaching, reflection, and facilitated conversation, you’ll have time to sit with a real area of your life where things feel stuck or harder than they should. The focus isn’t on answers or outcomes, but on creating enough space for your own clarity to surface.

Nothing here is about abandoning what matters to you.
And nothing here is about pushing yourself to decide before you’re ready.

Limited to 18 participants

What This Experience Is

This isn’t a motivational talk. It’s not therapy. And it’s not a group discussion aimed at advice or solutions.

It is an expert-led experience that combines:

  • clear teaching

  • structured reflection

  • facilitated integration

The emphasis is on learning how to stay present with uncertainty and pressure long enough for discernment to emerge, without turning discomfort into a problem to solve.

You won’t be asked to perform, overshare, or commit to a particular outcome.

Who This Is For

This masterclass is well-suited for people who:

  • are serious about growth but tired of striving

  • carry responsibility and feel its weight

  • have done a lot of inner work but sense something still isn’t translating

  • want relief from pressure without giving up agency

You don’t need to arrive knowing what you want or what should change. This space is about making room to notice what’s already there.
