What I keep, and what I do not.

What I collect

Your first name and email address, when you ask for the worksheet or join the membership waitlist. That is all the form asks for.

If you buy The Formula Key, Stripe takes the payment. I receive the email address you paid with and the fact that it was paid. I never see or store your card number.

The server keeps ordinary web logs, the same as any web server, including IP addresses. They are used for keeping the site up and are not used to build a profile of you.

What I do with it

Send you the worksheet you asked for, and then the letters, about every other week. If you joined the membership waitlist, you get one email when the membership opens.

I do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or put it in front of advertisers. There are no advertising pixels on this site.

Who else touches it

MailerLite sends the email. Stripe takes payments. Cloudflare runs the domain and DNS. Each one holds only what its job requires.

How long

Until you tell me to stop. That is the whole policy.

Leaving, or asking what I have

Every email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click. You can also write to anita@anitabrown.co and ask me to delete your address or send you a copy of what is on file. No reason needed, and nothing is held back.

Cookies

The site sets none of its own. Stripe and YouTube may set their own when you use the checkout or play the video.

The Formula Key

Seven dollars, delivered as a download as soon as payment clears. If the file does not open, or it is not what this site described, write to me within thirty days and I will fix it or refund it.

Facilitation and workshops

Quoted per engagement, in writing, before anything is booked. Deposits and cancellation terms are set out in that quote, and nothing is charged before you agree to it.
